Job Description
Education and qualifications:
Master's degree in Humanities and Social Sciences: Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Work or Economics
Good knowledge of change management tools: ADKAR, Kotter, agile change management, Scrum, facilitation techniques, individual and team coaching
Have at least 10 years of professional experience in change management and in the support of IT projects.
Technical skills:
- Knowledge of the change process: Understand the principles and methodologies of change management to carry out the transition
- Impact analysis: Be able to assess and anticipate the potential impacts of change on existing processes, technologies and systems
- Project management: have project management skills to plan, execute, and track change initiatives
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with the various stakeholders involved in the change, using different communication channels and techniques
- Training and support: Be able to train and support individuals and teams in adopting change and acquiring new skills
- Facilitation of workshops and training to support agile transformation
- Risk Management: Being able to identify, assess and manage the risks associated with change to minimize negative impacts
